Food is always good. Place is almost always busy. Prices are a bit steep, although similar to like restrants. Prepare to wait if you go during prime time.

My wife and I have been multiple times and I've worn jeans every time.
You can and they have one of those special deals now where if you buy one you get something extra.
They don't hold anyone to a standard, however many people do get dressed nice for dinner

For dinner at the Merrick Inn I usually wear khakis or bluejeans, a collared shirt, gym shoes and a sport jacket.
